Vintage china is really my cup of tea

A CWMBRAN cook is turning her collection of vintage china into a business opportunity, by hiring it out to events and parties looking for an injection of vintage glamour. With the catering business set up, Mrs Nelson started other culinary projects – such as a pop-up tea room in her local village hall in aid of St Anne’s Hospice which attracted more than 200 people in May last year. Mrs Nelson is also planning a second pop-up vintage afternoon tea event on March 24, 2pm, at Henllys Village Hall, again in aid of St Anne’s Hospice. Tickets cost £2 and can be bought by calling 01633 869005.
