Sharing Platters & Bowls are perfect for a relaxed style and  atmosphere , bringing your guests together to chat interact, and serve each other,caring and sharing . All food is subject to seasonal availability and there are always seasonal ingredients we can use.  All served with a selection of rustic bread.

Can be served as a buffet style too.

Hot Platter Selection

  • Daube of Welsh black beef wit red wine and locally cure bacon
  • Navarin of lamb with  rosemary and thyme
  • Pork braised in cider with roasted apple
  • Lamb ragu white wine and canelleni beans
  • Tenderloin pork in a mushroom and mustard sauce
  • Chicken bacon and leek fricassee
  • Chunky chill Welsh black beef
  • Coq au vin with locally cured bacon
  • Medley of mushroom and melting leeks in creamy wine sauce
