Tiered ‘Cheese’ Cake

For those of you with a savoury tooth, an alternative wedding cake made entirely of cheese would be for you.  The tiered ‘cheese’ cake made from wheels of Welsh & Continental cheeses will be garnished with your choice of fruit, flowers & salads.  It is ideal to serve for your evening buffet, served with our home-made chutney, celery sticks, seasonal fruit, biscuits and baskets of rustic breads.
